Post Sale Questions

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Order cancellations are allowed only before the order is shipped. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Address changes are possible only before the order is shipped. Please contact support as soon as possible.

In rare cases of delay due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances, our team will keep you informed and assist accordingly.
