Returns Policy

Most new and unused items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to our return policy.

To initiate a return, please email us at customer_support@bazoraa.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• A clear photograph of the product
• A copy or photo of the invoice/bill

Once we receive and verify the details, our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process. Returns are approved only after verification.

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective product), we will arrange the return pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost as applicable.

After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

You will be notified via email once your return is approved and the refund has been initiated.

Shipping

Bazoraa currently ships orders within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Once an order is placed and successfully confirmed, it is processed for dispatch within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and order verification.

Estimated delivery timelines are shared at checkout and may vary based on the customer’s location, courier partner availability, and external factors beyond our control.

All orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners via Shiprocket. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.
